Dominic Joseph founded Captify Technologies, a global data intelligence business that he led as CEO for 12 years. During his tenure, he raised two Venture Capital rounds and expanded Captify into 13 global markets, including the USA, and finally oversaw its exit to a US private equity firm in 2021. Dom has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Great British Entrepreneur of the Year and EY Entrepreneur of the Year for London & Southwest in 2022. Before his career in tech, he was a professional musician signed to Polydor Universal.

With a Master’s in Entrepreneurship, has directed operations for major global projects, including the England Cricket Board, London banks, Macau casinos, and charities in India. Deepti has over 24 years of experience helping world leading organizations build the mindsets, systems and processes for scale and impact.
Ex Accenture, Capgemini and Oliver Wyman, Deepti has led complex, multi-agency programs in China, India, Europe and Africa tackling challenges as diverse as a cross-governmental/agency operating models, multi-country partnerships, new country expansion and resource mobilization.

With a career spanning over 20 years, Rich has worked with and grown some of the biggest brands in the world including Apple, LVMH, Coca-Cola and Soho House Group globally, he’s also built an innovation consultancy at WPP. He took those big brand marketing and growth principles and applied them to startups resulting in Rocket Studio being born in 2020 and folded into PIvotal. Since then Rich has worked with 100+ Startups.

John leads high-performing teams to drive rapid growth in among the start-ups he works with. With a knack for product ideation, agile execution, and securing strategic buy-in, he’s a proven force in turning bold ideas into thriving businesses.

Jason Tsai is an AI expert and data-first marketer who champions innovation through measurement and insight, bringing a balance of creativity and analytical rigor to every project. As a change agent, Jason drives meaningful transformation within his customers and beyond, leveraging his deep expertise in technology to implement impactful, scalable AI solutions.
Chief Product and Technology officer – Pivotal Labs
Glen leads Product and Technology at Pivotal. Glen previously spent 20 years leading product and engineering teams in California’s Silicon Valley, working at major tech companies including Nortel, Yahoo, AOL, AT&T and Turn (Singtel). More recently Glen spent five years as CTO/CPO at Captify Technologies and led Technology at Bidstack.
CFO
Robert is the Head of Finance at CCV and operates as a fractional CFO for its portfolio companies. He studied law and graduated with an MSc in Management and Finance. After his studies he trained as an accountant at EY, predominantly working with private equity and hedge fund clients. He left EY to start CCV Group, a venture building business, investing in startups by providing services around finance, tech and ops.
